In 2376 Starfleet sent two Starships to meet with Voyager in the Delta Quadrant. They were never heard from again. This is their story.

Thank you for your interest in Beyond the Frontier!

Here is a sim which will start with humble beginnings - just two Starfleet vessels stuck in another Galaxy with no immediate hope of getting home.

We want to encourage you to think outside of the box as a player in our sim. Your character may start out as a Crewman in the darkest depths of engineering, for example, but you have the potential to show talent at politics or diplomacy, agriculture or economics - skills that would become useful once we find a place that makes building a colony a realistic option.

The focus will be less on action and more on the interactions between our crews and the places we go and people we meet.

We want the story and our characters to evolve to fit the scenario they are faced with, to have depth and flexibility while keeping it real.

Welcome to a desperate situation where anything is possible.
